- Ohio Markets does not allow multiple registrations from the same customer.
- Each identity document can be used to register only one email.
- Applications verified as duplicate registrations will be rejected.
- Please continue to use your original registered email for all trading activities.
If you need to change your registered email:
- Send an email to info@ohiomarkets.com requesting the change.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your Full Name
- Current Email Address
- New Email Address
- Photo of your ID card held in hand
Ohio Markets will process your request within one business day. After verification:
- Your Client Portal and platform passwords will be reset and sent to your new email.
- For security, the withdrawal function will be disabled for 48 hours after the email change.
