If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to “Transaction History” under “Funds”, click on “Withdrawals”, and press the “Cancel” button next to the withdrawal request.
- If the withdrawal is already processing:
- You cannot cancel it through the Client Portal.
- Email support@ohiomarkets.com with:
- Your trading account number
- Date of the withdrawal
- Amount
- The relevant department will check the status for you.
- Note: If the bank has already processed the withdrawal, it cannot be canceled.
This ensures you can manage withdrawal requests efficiently while adhering to banking and AML procedures.
