Kypros Christopher
Group CEO
Christopher joined Ohio Markets in January 2022, having spent more than 20 years helming compliance and commercial functions across the global brokerage sector. He has extensive experience building successful businesses in accordance with regulations and best practices, particularly in his leadership roles as Head of Compliance at E*Trade and then Head of Compliance. There, he was responsible for overseeing compliance in the UK and Europe, before becoming Senior Executive Officer in 2015 and helping the business expand into the Middle East.
Johnson Massey
Chief Product Officer
Johnson joined Ohio Markets in May 2022, adding twenty years of experience in mass-market product development and strategy to the team. He most recently held senior roles helping customers in global remittances, where he was Product VP for WorldRemit; and mobile video games, where he served as Senior Director for New Games at King (a part of Activision Blizzard). Over the years, Johnson has led product management, analytics and development functions, spearheading the launch of dozens of products serving millions of customers around the world.
Ariel Armstrong
Head of Operations and Executive Director
Ariel joined the Ohio Markets team in November 2016, bringing with him a decade of experience in the insurance and finance sectors. He started his career as an Actuary in reinsurance broking, then spent another three years in the brokerage sector moving up through the ranks of Junior Dealer to Risk Manager. He joined us as Head of Risk, before becoming Chief Risk Officer and then Head of Operations. He has a Bsc in Mathematics at Leeds University, and an MSc in Actuarial Science at City University London
Peter Hetherington
Dealing Director
Peter joined Ohio Markets in June 2022, having spent more than 15 years in trading and sales roles in the UK and US. After working on the dealing desk for a number of years, he became Deputy Head of Dealing for FX and cryptocurrency products. In 2017 he was appointed as CEO, where he launched and gained regulatory approval for the firm, before growing it into a significant new competitor in the US FX market. As Dealing Director for the Ohio Markets Group he now assumes responsibility for the dealing and trading teams, and ensures the Group’s pricing and hedging strategies are well managed and compliant.
Caroline Davies
Chief People Officer
Caroline joined Ohio Markets in September 2021, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in global People functions within multinational businesses. Prior to joining Ohio Markets, Caroline held a variety of senior positions in tech and fintech, supporting organizations on their growth trajectory by implementing global HR strategies and ensuring best-in-class People processes. Most recently, Caroline was responsible for UK, Europe and LATAM regions as the VP of Human Resources International at Tenerity (former cxLoyalty) and as HR Director at Toluna Corporate.
