If your Proof of Address (POA) document is rejected, please follow these steps:

1. Provide a valid document that clearly shows:
   • Full Name
   • Date
   • Address
2. Ensure the uploaded file is clear, legible, and not cropped.
3. The document must be issued within the last six months.

Tip: If your identification document already includes your full address, it can also be used as a valid POA. Simply upload it in the POA section.
