To view account details of your clients—including your direct clients, sub-IBs, and their clients—follow these steps:
- Log in to the IB Portal using your Ohio Markets credentials.
- Navigate to “Account Report”.
To view details of clients under your rebate account:
- In “Sub IB Account”, select or enter a specific sub-IB rebate account to query a particular IB client, or view all IB clients.
- Click “Hide Archived Accounts” if you want to exclude archived accounts from the results.
- For a more precise search, use filters such as:
- Account Type
- Platform
- Base Currency
- Account Journey
- Click “Update”.
The interface will display detailed account information for your sub-IBs and direct clients, including:
- Account verification status
- Account type
- Balance and account equity
- Credit
- Funded status
- Trading activity in the last 30 days
Additional Features:
- To search for a specific client, enter their details in the search bar.
- Use the “Download” feature to export relevant records.
- Click on any trading account to view current open and closed orders for that client or sub-IB client’s client.
This tool allows you to fully track account opening progress, funding, and trading activity across your rebate network efficiently.
