Steps to check your personal profile
Step 1: Log in to the IB Portal
Access the Ohio Markets IB Portal using your registered IB login credentials.
Step 2: Open the “IB Profile” section
After logging in, click on “IB Profile” in the portal menu.
Your personal profile information provided during registration will be displayed.
Profile information overview
The IB Profile section contains the following details:
Info
Displays the personal information you submitted during registration, including:
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
- Registered address
Registered on
Shows the date on which your IB account was successfully registered with Ohio Markets.
Documents
Displays the agreement documents associated with your IB account.
Important notes regarding documents:
- After your IB account is set up, you must log in to the IB Portal
- Carefully review and accept the agreement documents
- Agreement acceptance is required to activate and maintain your IB account
